Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand as needed
• Ensure all kitchenware and utensils are cleaned and sanitized properly
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including dish station, floors, and trash disposal
• Organize and restock clean dishes and utensils in appropriate storage areas
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep work as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Monitor dishwashing machines and report any mechanical issues to management
• Take out trash and recycling; clean garbage cans
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
