Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts: clean, hang/fixture, confirm lot/serial.
• Operate processes: anodizing, passivation, and ultrasonic cleaning per job sheet (set voltage/time/temp/solution).
• Monitor basics: color/appearance, solution pH and temperature; report anything unusual immediately.
• Record each step on the batch/route card and log sheets, hand over parts with correct status.
• Keep area, handle chemicals safely, dispose chemicals/waste as instructed.

Job Requirements:

• Technical diploma.

• 2 years experience surface treatment in medical device (Preferred).

• Could follow work instructions and record data.

• Basic chemical safety awareness; basic computer use.
