• Plan and conduct geodetic and topographic surveys using GPS, total stations, and aerial mapping tools.
• Collect, process, and interpret spatial data for infrastructure and land development projects.
• Establish geodetic control networks for mapping, construction, or boundary demarcation.
• Create and update maps, charts, and survey reports using CAD and GIS software.
• Perform coordinate system transformations and ensure geospatial accuracy.
• Use remote sensing data and photogrammetry techniques for land analysis.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate geodetic data into project designs.
• Ensure compliance with national and international surveying standards and legal boundaries.
• Supervise and train field survey teams and manage survey instruments and data collection procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of geodetic findings and measurements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geomatic Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Licensure or certification from a professional body (e.g., Registered/Licensed Geodetic Engineer, depending on country).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using surveying instruments (e.g., total station, theodolite level).
• Skilled in CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Experience with geodetic computation, data adjustment, and transformation.
• Knowledge of remote sensing, photogrammetry, and drone surveying.
