As a German & English Bilingual Analyst, you will work closely with vendors/customers via phone and email to resolve their queries in German and English language.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 % on areas of work
• Able to meet the productivity target set
• Addressing any account related inquiries and concerns from vendors and ensuring vendors know to use the client's tools
• Acting as a main point of contact for vendors, with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, and resolve any conflicts to avoid shipment holds or other business interruption;
• Perform other projects and duties as required

Job Requirement:

• German Language Expert - Native or B2/C1/C2 Certificate
• Must be Bachelor's Graduate of any 4-year degree/course
• Must be willing to handle voice calls
• Must be willing to work in McKinley West, Taguig City
