• Provide corporate legal consultation and advice to the company
• Review, draft, and manage legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Ensure compliance with Philippine laws and applicable international regulations
• Communicate with Japanese counterparts or clients in legal matters
• Assist in protecting the company’s legal and business interests
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and advise the company accordingly

Qualifications:

• Licensed Lawyer in the Philippines
• Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 or N2 / Business to Native Level
• Experience or understanding of Japanese corporate practices is a plus
• Strong background in corporate or commercial law
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
