We’re looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to lead development efforts—from technical design to execution— and bring ideas to life with a strong foundation in Python, scalable systems, and modern frameworks.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build scalable software solutions
• Lead and mentor the development team
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps
• Integrate tools like AI, automation, or mobile where impactful
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Contribute to both client projects and internal innovation

 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in web/software development
• Strong in Python (Django/FastAPI preferred); Laravel a plus
• Skilled in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
• Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Linux
• Background in AI integration or mobile development is a plus
• Strong OOP and SOLID principles; excellent problem-solving
• Experience leading projects or mentoring junior devs
