Prepares training documentation such as training manuals, hand-out of participants, questionnaires, and other support materials (attendance sheet and nameplate)
Schedules training sessions and send notifications/confirmation to participants
Coordinates the physical preparation of training sessions, availability of the training room, ensures all necessary equipment and catering arrangement as well
Keeps records of training course materials and files up to date (certificates, handouts)
Prepares post-training reports (evaluation, budget liquidation, and certificates)
Ensures to update the OJTP filing of reports and other documents
Assists in the preparation of HR-Training activities such as Annual Party, Birthday Bash, Employee Engagement and Wellness programs
Updates the bulletin board, birthday cards, and memos
Ensures completeness of training supplies and orderliness of cabinets and drawers
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Graduate of any 4-year degree course, preferably with background in Marketing/Advertising/Education/Psychology/Behavioral or Social Sciences/Mass Communication
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Good in written communication skills in English and Filipino
Has good presentation skills
Knowledgeable in photo editing and video editing is a plus
Organized and can work under pressure
Willing to work onsite and roving depending on the need of the department
Willing to work in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City from Mondays to Fridays
Can start ASAP
