Location: Philippines - Bacolod

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Team Support. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Training Department to ensure smooth execution of training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training schedules, managing training materials, assisting trainers with logistics, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate training records.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Training Team.
  • Coordinate training schedules, invites, and reminders.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and documentation.
  • Assist trainers during sessions (virtual or onsite) with technical setup and logistics.
  • Track participant attendance, feedback, and training completion.
  • Maintain and update training databases and records.
  • Support onboarding programs by preparing materials and communicating with new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with training standards and company processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training initiatives.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be a proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to support both virtual and onsite training sessions as required.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
