Role: Learning & Training Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Makati

Schedule: NIght Shift

• Assess training and development needs through Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) tool, surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions across various departments, and work with a variety of development topics in both soft and hard skills.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, adjusting as needed based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, and delivery of training in a corporate setting – preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
• 3+ years of experience with LMS platforms, and authoring software (e.g., Articulate, Rise etc.); certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTM, ATD, SHRM) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
