Learning Design & Content Creation

• Support content development (scriptwriting, Rise 360 / Articulate course design).
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and cross-functional teams to build effective learning solutions.

Content Maintenance & Technology

• Manage L&D content updates (permissions, fields, maintenance).
• Recommend innovative learning technologies (gamification, mobile learning).
• Utilize LMS, authoring tools, and e-learning platforms.

Training Deployment & Administration

• Handle logistics: scheduling, registration, coordination, and resource management.
• Own BAU deployment of existing training programs (NHO, NTQ, RTQ).
• Support ad hoc L&D projects for the CX Consumer pod.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training roles.
• Experience in customer support or consumer-focused industries preferred.

Proficiency with:

• Rise 360 / Articulate
• Camtasia
• LMS platforms
• Basic HTML
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French) are a plus.
• AI experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training & Development, Education, or related fields is optional but preferred.
