• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, or performance reviews.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions in various formats.
• Monitor training budgets and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain and update training records, materials, and learning management systems (LMS).

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience Level: At least 2-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related HR role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,
• Strong organizational and project management abilities,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS platforms,
• Experience in e-learning design and tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, etc.) is an advantage.
