Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
At least 5 years in training & development
With proven track record of executing programs that improve operational efficiency, and growth of personnel
Job responsibilities:
oConduct surveys, interviews, and performance reviews to detect knowledge gaps.
oCollaborate with department heads to identify performance challenges and recurring issues.
oTreat problems as opportunities to strengthen people and systems.
oDesign tailored training modules that reflect continuous improvement and innovation.
oBlend in-house expertise with external resources to raise training standards.
oInspire employees to strive for growth beyond compliance.
oEnsure all programs support the company vision of serving more customers and serving them better, faster, and at less cost.
oTranslate training goals into actionable strategies with measurable outcomes.
oUse Enculturation and compliance programs to reinforce long-term cultural alignment.
oGo beyond routine schedules to meet urgent or special training needs.
oDemonstrate resilience when facing setbacks, limited resources, or employee resistance.
oShow malasakit by balancing organizational requirements with employee development.
oProduce measurable improvements in employee performance, error reduction, and service quality.
oTrack the ROI of training programs through reports, metrics, and success stories.
oContribute to building a stronger, more competitive, and resilient organization.
oConduct post-training assessments, track KPIs, and collect structured feedback.
oIssue follow-up surveys (e.g., 30 days after training) to gauge long-term effectiveness.
oRevise and refine training programs to match evolving business needs.
oKeep detailed records of all training activities, attendees, and outcomes.
oDocument extraordinary accomplishments (success cases, breakthroughs) and problems encountered (setbacks, resistance, challenges) as a reference for continuous improvement.
oPrepare quarterly reports to management on training outcomes, alignment with PABSK, and department-level improvements.
oStay updated with the latest trends in training technologies and methods.
oIntroduce e-learning, microlearning, gamification, and simulation-based programs where appropriate.
oPromote lifelong learning and encourage employees to pursue certifications and personal development.
oOrganize knowledge-sharing activities such as “Lunch & Learn.”
oProvide sponsorship for professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
oDesign and deliver practical, job-focused training for all roles in operating units and support departments.
oCollaborate with supervisors to close skill gaps and improve productivity.
oPerform other tasks as may be delegated by management in line with organizational growth and training needs
