Financial Tasks:

• Assist in collecting rent payments, security deposits, and other fees.
• Track payment schedules and follow up on late payments or outstanding balances.

Property Management Coordination:

• Liaise with maintenance and operations teams to address tenant service requests.
• Ensure commercial spaces are well-maintained and ready for viewings or move-ins.
• Assist in coordinating property inspections and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
