Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist other team members as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.

Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms for property listing promotion.
