• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree graduate (4-year course)
• With technical knowledge related to safety, health, and construction permits
• Experience in liaising mandatory/compliance documents for submission to the LGU and other agencies
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• With motorcycle and valid driver’s license (preferred)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process and submit permits and compliance documents to LGUs and government agencies (e.g., OBO, BFP).
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Handle, safeguard, and transmit official documents and plans.
• Conduct liquidation and reimbursement of expenses related to permits.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth processing.
• Prepare and file daily itineraries of activities, tasks, and meetings.
• Stay updated on local and national regulations regarding safety, health, and building requirements.
• Ensure timely processing of all permits to avoid project delays.
