This role involves coordinating and facilitating visa processing for employees, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa and immigration policies. 

• Assists, supports in-house documentation officer in the visa application preparation
• Checks accuracy and completeness of documents
• Submits/releases visa applications to/from embassies or visa centers
• Gives assistance to visa applicants during personal appearance
• Ensures smooth visa application submission and release
• Helps in the embassy appointment setting, and or online application form completion
• Escalates embassy updates or changes to in-house team
• Works closely with Documentation Officer and Team Lead in the delivery of service
• Other tasks relevant to the end-to-end documentation servicing

Qualifications

• College or university degree holder of any relevant course
• Advance knowledge on embassy visa application filing
• With relevant work experience from a reputable travel company
• Pleasing personality
• Good in verbal communication skills
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• High level of attention to detail
• Driving skills with a valid driver’s license
• Computer Literate
