The Liaison Officer is responsible to assist all permits and licenses requirements of the company from pre-operating , operating and annual requirements. 

• Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Legal Management, Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Property Management graduate or equivalent  
• 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Liaison Officer are typically required 
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in processing building compliances such as BFP, LGU Permits Dept, City Assessor's Office, BIR, LLDA, etc.
• With good written and verbal communication skills and pleasing personality
• Required negotiation skills
