Secure and renew all government permits and license
Serve as the official representative of the organization in dealings with government agencies and external institutions
Submit and follow up on applications, reports and other documents to ensure timely approval and processing
Ensure the company complies with local and national government regulations including labor and tax laws
Maintain updated records of all government related transactions, permits and correspondence
Coordinate with internal departments to gather documents and information needed for external submission
Track expiration dates of licenses, permits and contracts to ensure timely renewal
Provide regular updates and reports to managements on the status of ongoing transactions
Handle sensitive documents and information with integrity and confidentiality

College Graduate
At Least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge and hands on experience with business permit processing
Strong oral and written communication skills.
High Analytical ability and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and multi tasking capabilities
Must be willing to visit sites
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for business (like BIR, SSS, LGU, PAG-IBIG and DOLE)
