- Obtain the customer's requirements for ROW and RTA management and lead in organizing the internal regulations on ROW and RTA management.
- Organizing and maintain ROW and RTA team
- Lead in formulating the ROW and RTA acquisition process and key monitoring point.
- Lead in sorting out the lists of ROW and RTA sites
- Formulate and confirm standard document templates for all ROW and RTA
- Responsible for meeting the target of permission, output monthly team KPI according to milestone such as LGU/ Barangay/ DPWH/ MMDA/ HOA/ RTA and achieving monthly KPI
- Maintains the relationship with LGU and other departments
- Tracing the problem of obtaining the certificate in target areas
- Fresh Graduate
- Without experience
- Willing to be trained
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration, or any related course.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on field/site
- Must be able to travel as needed is required
- Approachable/ With pleasing personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office operations (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Keen to Details
- With good strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to Multi-task
