• Responsible for processing the Receiving Report in a timely manner to maintain an accurate inventory and location standards. Ensure that receiving has its corresponding documents such as packing list, delivery receipts, and/or supplier invoices.
• Unpacks and examines the newly arrived items/materials. Prepare Product Evaluation Report (PER) for receiving with the discrepancy, damaged items and reports to Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager for coordination with the Local/International Purchaser.
• Investigates the negative and positive parts variances based on receiving, encoding, issuances, picking, dispatching and processing of good return parts encountered and reports directly to Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager.
• Sends the updated receiving file to all the Functional Departments via email in a timely manner.
• Checks physical condition and expiry dates of medicines delivered to Warehouse.
• Ensures that the physical condition of the warehouse is in compliance with standard requirements.
• Responsible in re-labeling parts, client tagging based on Purchase Order, stacking, storing and locating items in the appropriate area according to established sequences and procedures.
• Prepares daily and monthly Receiving Report to Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager.
• In-charge of processing the Stock Transfer Requests.
• Back up Inventory Assistant – Demo Coordinator, WH Admin for STR processing and back up for Inventory Assistant – Demo Coordinator except for PDR receiving, processing and returns.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in any Allied Medical College Graduate or any 4 year course graduate
• 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience
• Keen attention to details, resourceful, highly organized, and can work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and accuracy, must have excellent communication and personality skills
• Willing to learn
