This is a 2 year contract bound to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Successful applicants will work in various fast food establishments. Key skills should include food safety and preparation, Counter Managing, Customer Assistance, Food Serving, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menu standards, and customer specifications
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with high quality, proper presentation, and consistent taste
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Monitor food stock levels and report low inventory or shortages to supervisors
• Assist in the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of deliveries and ingredients
• Manage and reduce food waste through proper portioning and storage
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, steamers, and mixers safely
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely food service
• Adjust menus or recipes to accommodate special dietary needs or allergies when required
• Check food quality and freshness of ingredients before use
• Label and date expired and leftover items for safe storage and usage
• Participate in menu planning and development when needed
• Comply with company policies, workplace safety rules, and kitchen hygiene standards
