• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items on the hot line, including sides, and cooked entrées.
• Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot line and all assigned stations.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and freshness throughout service.
• Assist with daily prep and inventory as needed.
• Ensure safe food handling and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth kitchen flow during peak hours.
• Manage equipment and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hot Line Cook, Grill Cook, or similar role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Passion for quality ingredients and consistent execution.
