We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for cooking. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to our high standards, ensuring that each plate served is of the utmost quality.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to Al Dente's recipes and standards.
• Ensure the highest quality of food and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably in an Italian or pasta-focused kitchen.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
