• Gather all required applicant information such as employment details, financial statements, establishment of current marital status and credit history.
• Assess buyer's applicant creditworthiness.
• Preparing of loan documents and files required for the loan application.
• Organize and compile all collected documents and ensure compliance with financing partners.
• Meeting the deadlines (deliveries and takeouts). Managing multiple loan applications.
• Communicate with clients throughout the process and obtaining missing information and requirements necessary to secure loan approval.
• Monitoring loan application status and coordinate regularly with financing partners, especially the assigned Housing Relationship Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management or any related course.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as Loans Processor.
• Preferably with knowledge or experience in Real estate industry.
