Key Responsibilities:

• Check and monitor inventory across multiple sites
• Conduct physical counting and reconcile with records
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations for stock levels and requests
• Prepare inventory reports and track fast-moving items
• Verify deliveries and maintain organized stock logs
• Forecast material and supply consumption
• Assist in logistics coordination for item transfers. Qualifications:
• College graduate (IE, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred)
• 2+ years experience in inventory, logistics, warehouse, or operations
• Knowledge in cycle counting and basic forecasting
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized
• Willing to travel to vessels, shipyard, and other sites
