• Oversee day to day operations pertaining to Logistics and Production
• Scheduling and enforcement of production schedule (manpower, resources, etc.).
• Responsible for closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items
• Scheduling and enforcement of Production and assignment of manpower
• Monitor Job order fulfillment and stock requirements
• Manage production line efficiency and quality, by monitoring and checking production staff’s work and job order progress
• Preparation and Dispatch of outbound deployment and deliveries
• Monitor and quality check of inbound deliveries
• Coordination with other departments for seamless operations
• Dispensing of products/materials/consumables for production
• Monitor facilities and other maintenance works
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed
• Preparation of timely and accurate reports and other documentation

Requirements:

• Related course in Business, Accounting, Operations and the like
• Prior work experience related to operations management, inventory or logistics will be an advantage
• Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
• Flexible, reliable, detail-oriented and highly organized
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willing to work in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila
