• Oversee and supervise daily trucking operations
• Track delivery schedules, monitor route deviations, and report any delays
• Ensure smooth and efficient travel schedules for all deliveries
• Work closely with colleagues and drivers to provide route assistance and address operational issues
• Relay urgent instructions to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company procedures
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational standards
• Travel as needed to monitor and support trucking activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing or supervising trucking operations
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and operational standards
• Preferably able to drive a four-wheel vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license (1,2)
• Willing to travel as required
