Position: Hub Agent Team Lead logistic Analyst (Up to Php65,000)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree holder in business administration or Marine, Logistics, or other related courses
• At least 5 years’ Experience from ships agency operational
• Amendable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Pasay City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer requirements in accordance with the established Hub Agreement, monitor service needs, track port calls, and provide necessary customer support.
• Report directly to the Hub Agency Manager, working closely with both the Sales and Operations teams.
• Exercise authority within the scope of this Functional Description, approved budgets, and the company’s global authorization framework.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory obligations related to ship agency activities.
• Provide ongoing feedback on technical issues, service quality, and commercial concerns raised by customers
