Responsibility:

• Manage logistics petty cash.
• Prepare and verify Delivery Receipts before loading.
• Provide transfer and delivery documents to drivers.
• Ensure completed Delivery Receipts are returned.
• Track and report staff attendance.
• Monitor Meycauayan-to-Meycauayan item transfers.
• Prepare and submit OT, attendance, and leave forms to HR.
• File key logistics documents: ROD, STR, Delivery Receipt (Green Copy), and Pettycash Report.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of any 4-year course
• Open to College Undergraduate
• With at least 6-months experience in logistics setting
• With good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer proficiency including MS office software
• Preferably residing in Meycauayan, Bulacan, or near the area
• With motorcycle or service is a plus
• Designation: Metalink Meycauayan Plant
• Starting Salary: 15,000
• Willing to be under agency
• CAN START ASAP
