I. Job Responsibilities:

• Global customer research and development support:
• Be responsible for searching for the contact information of some existing customers and making initial contacts
• Search, research and initial contact work for potential customers on a global scale;

2. Data Platform Management and Information Entry

• Be responsible for the update and entry of the company's software data.

3. Assistance in chartering business operations

• Assist in collecting information such as port charges and loading/unloading rates at cargo ports, as well as conducting simple freight rate calculations.
• Assist in the calculation of Demurrage/Despatch, the production of guarantees, and the verification of contracts, etc.

4. Business Assistant Job:

• Collect globalport LINE UP;
• Collection of ship data and basic development;

Ii. Job Requirements

1. Education and Grade: Full-time undergraduate students in their senior year or master's students in their second or third year

2. Language proficiency: Excellent English proficiency, with good reading and writing skills in English, capable of handling English information related to international business.Vietnamese/Filipino/other minor languages are preferred.

3. Core Qualities:

• Outstanding communication and expression skills: conducting clear and accurate oral and written exchanges.
• Have a strong interest in the shipping industry: eager to understand and devote oneself to the fields of shipping, international trade or logistics.
• Pragmatic working attitude: With the primary goal of accumulating experience, enhancing capabilities and completing practical tasks, one is proactive and highly responsible.

4. Professional Skills (bonus point):

• Professional background preferred: Students majoring in shipping management, maritime law, English (Business/Translation direction), international trade, transportation and related fields will be given priority.
• Other majors: Outstanding students who are not from the above-mentioned majors but have a strong interest in the shipping industry and remarkable learning abilities are also welcome to apply. The company will select and admit the best candidates.
