LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (2)

(PHP 20, 000 - PHP 22, 000 per month)

• Arrange delivery schedule and driver for dispatch to meet the customer demand with little to no delay.
• Responsible for overall fulfillment cycle of the deliveries including arranging the transportation, scheduling & orchestrating the deliveries.
• Responsible in monitoring, checking, and facilitating of the deliveries from the origin point to the other destination.
• Responsible in preparing and coordinating the loads per shipment to warehouse.
• Prepare quotation of in-house truck delivery fee
• Canvassing of 3rd party trucking rates as needed
• Outsourcing competitive price for Local Forwarders at Davao Ports
• Coordinating to China Logistics Team and Local Freight Forwarder at Davao Port
• Monitoring Upcoming Shipments and Scheduling of Containers Delivery at Davao Warehouse.
• Assisting Warehouse Checker in Receiving Shipment from China and Coordinating to China Logistics Team any concerns regarding Import Products.
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): logistics, supply chain
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Local & International Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Must be familiarize with the process inside Bureau of Customs
• Candidate must be willing to work from 6x a week.
• Willing to be assigned in Bunawan, Davao City
