LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SUPPORT

50% Office Based 50% Field Work

Location: Philippines

A Logistics Operations Support role is essential for ensuring efficient logistics processes, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing supply chain operations.

Responsibility:

• Conduct field sourcing materials or goods (e.g., used cooking oil, palm product, any vegetable base product etc.)
• Willing to do field work to supervise loading and unloading tasks at pickup and delivery points
• Perform quality inspection and verification of goods
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners on operational matters
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all site visits and collections
• Assist in route planning and logistics arrangements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of any company vehicle or equipment used

Qualification:

• Education: diploma in logistics, operations, or related field is an advantage
• Experience: Required: 1 year and above
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software, route optimization tools, warehouse management systems, and familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing priorities and schedule, and a customer-centric approach to logistics ds
• (Previous experience in a similar field logistics, collection, sourcing is a plus)
• Must be: Independent, self-disciplined, self-motivated, an effective team player, and proactive approach to the working environment.
• Possess basic management, good interpersonal and communication

Salary range: PHP20K-24K per month
