Job Requirements

• At least a High School graduate
• With at least 1 to 2 years experience in vendor return, item sorting and QA/ QC, distributions, warehouse operations and merchandising
• Knowledgeable in warehouse operating procedures and protocol
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Strong attention to detail



Responsibilities

• Acknowledge receipt of customer’s returns
• Opens returned parcels, goods and checks the quantity and quality of the items if its accurate to the receipts presented
• Works hand in hand with Accounting Team on item validation and locating of goods
• Recover stocks that are in good condition and transfer it to FG for selling
• Sorts items according to its quality (good, damaged or for disposal, etc.)
• Assists RGS team lead on monitoring of PMs inventory (bare patches, consumables, etc.)
• Assists on loading of PMs for transfer to toll manufacturer
