Job Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 6 years of experience as Logistics function or equivalent
• With comprehension in Supply Chain Management and Trade Industry
• Knowledgeable in PEZA and BOC Rules and Regulations
• With skills in Microsoft Application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
• With accountability, negotiation, presentation and facilitation Skills
• With Leadership Skills
• With Knowledge in Power BI
• Has Teamwork and Collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment arrangement, perform confirmation of all documents.
• Collaborate with internal and external contributors while identifying risk and determining impact of changes in the industry.
• Reconcile processed billings versus SOA, disseminate company policies, conduct selection and registration of which business partners to work with, and perform evaluation and discussion of result.
• Manage and review customer requests and concerns, participate in dicussions and recommend ideas for new activities or projects
• Recommend process improvement thru introduction of new ideas, perform SWOT analysis of gathered data, and execution special activities or projects.
• Provide mentoring to members, and share practices in performing Logistics procedures.
