Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related course.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be located near Mandaluyong.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, inventory, and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics procedures to improve overall productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and track the movement of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure that all logistics activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Supervise and train logistics staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Manage the transportation fleet, ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained and fully operational.
• Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, inventory discrepancies, or transportation problems.
• Analyze and report on the performance of logistics operations, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that logistics documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
