Responsible for end-to-end shipment monitoring, including coordination with suppliers, forwarders, and customs brokers; preparation and processing of shipping and customs documents; monitoring Bureau of Customs (BOC) assessment; and coordination with Finance for payment of duties and taxes to ensure timely release, delivery, and verification of goods. Oversees logistics staff work tasks, prepares shipment costing, and manages BOC permit processing for import and export transactions. Handles purchase and sales order documentation, coordinates with Accounting for invoicing, schedules deliveries, and maintains accurate filing of logistics and shipping records.
