JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree holder in business administration or Marine, Logistics, or other related courses
• Open for Fresh Graduates from Marine, Logistics, or other related courses
• At least 2 years’ Experience from ships agency operational
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Pasay City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to ship agency operations.
• Provide consistent feedback on technical matters, service quality, and commercial concerns raised by customers.
• Manage customer needs in accordance with the established procedures and agreements.
• Monitor customer service expectations, track port calls, and deliver the necessary support.
• Follow up on complaints and non-conformities through the established improvement and complaint-handling system.
