Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all company equipment, machinery, and facilities are properly maintained, safe, and fully operational. The role involves performing regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to support smooth and continuous operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
• Repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and basic building-related issues
• Diagnose equipment problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow company safety standards and policies at all times
• Prepare maintenance reports and document completed repairs
• Coordinate with supervisors or other departments when necessary
• Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field)
• With experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting procedures
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willing to accept minimum wage plus overtime pay
• Willing to work on holidays and Sundays if required
• Willing to render overtime as needed
• Willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas
• Able to report to the factory immediately during emergency situations
