As the company’s Maintenance Staff 4, you are responsible for:

• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on building and equipment.
• Conducts regular inspection of facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, maintains, and repairs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Responds promptly to repair request and maintenance concerns.
• Report safety hazards and coordinates maintenance activities with the team.

To be a Maintenance Staff 4, you must be:

• Graduate of Trade School
• With 1 year of experience in maintenance works and hands-on experience in electrical works
• Physically fit and capable in performing manual and technical maintenance tasks
• Has basic knowledge in using power tools, measuring, and maintenance
• Willing to be assigned in DASMARINAS, CAVITE
