- Perform routine maintenance and repair on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Advise on equipment upgrades and replacements.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional experience in machine maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the Injection Molding Process, Automatic Welding techniques, and understanding of Electrical and Wiring systems.
- Working Conditions: Primarily factory settings; may require shifts and adherence to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work well in teams.
