Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production and refrigeration equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Maintain and monitor proper operation of compressors, chillers, cold storage systems, ice machines, and HVAC units.
Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, including calibration and testing.
Ensure all equipment operates safely and complies with internal standards and government regulations (GMP, HACCP, DOLE, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.
Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emergency repairs.
