Responsibilities      

• Perform all preparatory procedure in stamping machine. Set-up paper tapes and reels in winding machine.
• Transfers consumable materials from warehouse to stamping area.
• Disperses out raw materials based on production order slip through J1 system.
• Inspects (Appearance and Dimension) all necessary points written in QAP (Quality Assurance Plan). Starts and monitors production.
• Packs and transfers finished parts from work-in process to finished product area.
• Prepares packing list of parts for delivery to subcontractors.
• Prepares daily production reports, failure analysis report, rejection slips and updating of raw material stock card and board.
• Fill up and attached article slips to raw materials received after undergoing inspection from QC.
• Keeps remaining consumable in proper place.
• Delivers "keep sample", QAP record, failure analysis report and production order slip to Quality Control Section (QC).
• Cleans stamping machine and other equipment. Properly disposes of scrap metals and defective contacts from machine area.
• Prepares requisition slip for supplies and other materials necessary in production.
• Ensures that 6S principles are being followed and equipment for safety is in place and implemented in the working area.



Job Requirement

• At least High School Graduate or Junior/Senior High School Graduate/ College Undergraduate/ Vocational Graduate
• With or without working experience (Not required but an advantage particularly in a manufacturing set-up)
• 20/20 or with corrective glasses.
• Willing to render overtime.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule (Day and Night).
• Willing to work at Sunday and Holiday's and prolonged standing
• Willing to be assigned at JAE Phils. Inc. Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite.
