Responsible for slicing meat based on the specifications ordered by the customer. They ensure precision, accuracy, and efficiency in slicing meat to meet customer requirements and maintain high standards of food preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training related to meat processing is an advantage
• NC II in Butchery (Butcher NC II) – (preferred)
• 1 year experience in meat handling, slicing and preparation.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
• Proficiency in operating and controlling meat slicer machines.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in slicing thickness and size.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Physical stamina to handle meat and operate machinery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
