Penerangan

Operate and monitor refining units and equipment such as pumps, heaters, compressors, and distillation columns.
Adjust control settings to regulate process variables including temperature, pressure, flow rate, and levels.
Conduct routine inspections and checks on equipment to identify irregularities or potential issues.
Record operational data such as temperatures, pressures, and flow rates accurately in logbooks or computer systems.
Respond promptly to alarms, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations by taking corrective actions.
Coordinate with other operators, maintenance, and control room personnel to maintain smooth operations.
Participate in shutdowns, startups, and emergency procedures as required.
Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment and work areas.
Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Syarat-syarat

Vocational certificate, or equivalent; technical training is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in refinery operations or related industrial plant setting.
Knowledge of refining processes, safety standards, and control systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
