]We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating and maintaining machinery, producing precision parts, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain various types of machinery (CNC, lathes, mills, grinders, etc.).
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Maintain accurate records of production, materials used, and any machine issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in training junior machinists and new team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical certification in machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a machinist (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines, lathes, and mills.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
