An entry-level position that rotates employees through different departments to learn company operations and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist management: Provide administrative and operational support to senior managers, help with daily activities, and take on assigned tasks.
• Learn about business operations: Gain exposure to all aspects of the business by rotating through different departments, understanding company policies, and assisting with cross-functional projects.
• Assist with strategic and performance tasks: Participate in strategic planning, help with performance evaluations, track business revenue, and conduct research to improve performance.
• Conduct analysis and reporting: Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to team members.
• Contribute to team and policy development: Aid in the development and implementation of new policies, monitor work progress, and help identify areas for improvement.
• Develop skills: Complete training programs, attend meetings and seminars, and develop leadership and decision-making abilities.

• With or without experience.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna with potential to be a leader.
• Willing to work in manufacturing set-up.
