• Benchmark company presence vs. competitors
• Translate market potential into territory and account strategies

Customer Insights

• Gather insights via surveys, interviews, win–loss reviews, and sales feedback
• Analyze buying behavior, decision drivers, unmet needs, and value gaps
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to embed insights into commercial and customer-facing content

Market Trends & Competitor Intelligence

• Research market trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies
• Develop industry profiles and benchmarks
• Identify patterns, trends, and customer segments
• Present insights to leadership for strategic planning

Sales Performance Analytics

• Align analytics with short- and long-term goals
• Define data requirements and perform data analysis
• Establish and track sales and marketing KPI
• Build predictive models to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Recommend performance improvement strategies
