About the Role:The Market Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making by providing insights on market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and sales performance. This role focuses on analyzing market potential, building market models, and delivering strategic recommendations that help guide business development and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in transforming data into meaningful insights for cross-functional teams.

● Conduct market sizing and quantify TAM, SAM, SOM, and market/wallet share across regions and industries.

 ● Build and maintain market sizing models to support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.

 ● Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, and win–loss reviews to understand buying behavior and unmet needs.

 ● Analyze competitor strategies, industry trends, and emerging market shifts to support strategic positioning.

 ● Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to embed insights into presentations, proposals, and customer education materials.

 ● Perform data mining, trend analysis, and KPI tracking to support sales performance and forecasting.

 ● Develop predictive models to identify high-potential opportunities and mitigate business risks.

 ● Present findings and recommendations to leadership, ensuring insights align with business goals.

 ● Perform other research and analytics-related tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

● 3–5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.

● Strong understanding of market research methodologies and competitive analysis frameworks.

● Proficient in data analysis tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI or similar).

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

● Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 ● High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and adaptability.
