Penerangan

  • Assist in expanding the client base by identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for prospective partnerships.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials requested by the Manager.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and company records.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Manager and different departments, clients, or vendors.
  • Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups on delegated tasks.
  • Coordinate short-notice trips and accompany the Manager when necessary.
  • Arrange transportation, accommodations, and schedules.
  • Provide day-to-day support on special projects or operational needs as directed by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle tasks under pressure.
  • Willing to travel on short notice.
