About the role

Join the marketing team at Homemaker Furniture Store as a full-time Marketing Assistant. Based in Mandaue City, Cebu, this role will provide crucial support to the marketing department, helping to drive the company's marketing initiatives and brand presence. What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Coordinate and execute promotional activities, events, and other marketing initiatives
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including social media content, website updates, and print collateral
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and managing project timelines
• Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to help inform future strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience

What we're looking for

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Experience in a marketing or customer-facing role, preferably within the retail industry
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
